Our Service Standards

ABA Insurance Services continually pursues customer service and other standards that exceed industry norms. Superior service is an important aspect of our company culture. We adhere to the following standards:

Submissions are acknowledged within twenty-four hours of receipt.
Promise dates (dates that proposals are released) are established and mutually agreed to with the agent or bank (when direct) within ten business days of application receipt.
Proposals are delivered on or before their promise dates.
Binders are issued within twenty-four hours of receiving a binding order of coverage.
Requests for mid-term policy changes are responded to within forty-eight hours of the request date.
Phone calls, e-mails or other forms of communications are returned or responded to within twenty-four hours.
